The designs in this collection are non-woven “paste the wall” wallpapers and are therefore easy to hang.
This wallpaper is the work of craftsmen and is worthy of maxium care and attention. To ensure a perfect finish, walls should be prepared correctly, smooth, dry and where necessary, lined with lining paper.
Today, the Cole & Son archive consists of approximately 1,800 block print designs, 350 screen print designs and a huge quantity of original drawings and wallpapers, representing all the styles from the 18th, 19th and early 20th centuries. Amongst these are some of the most important historic wallpaper designs in the world. Cole & Son has provided wallpapers for many historic houses including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament.
We recommend using Cole & Son ready mixed Tub paste. Packet and vinyl pastes are not suitable as they may cause surface staining or adhesion problems.
Hanging instruction are included with every roll and available online. Please note separate instructions are available for the flocked wallpapers in this collection.
Whilst every effort is made by Cole & Son to ensure that their wallpapers are manufactured to the highest standards, slight variations may occur during manufacture. Small textural print variations are part of the unique characteristics of such wallpapers.
Feather Fan 112-10033 wallpaper is manufactured in 10m x 53cms long rolls with a 10.6cm straight match pattern repeat. This wallpaper is spongeable with good light fastness.

Cole & Son Decorator’s tub paste is the recommended adhesive for this wallpaper.
